Bennett's Church Furniture

In the late 70's, while in the military, I got a part-time job doing furniture refinishing. This led to a partnership in the personal home furniture business with a retired military gentleman. He decided to leave the area to allow his wife to follow her career and I became the sole person in charge. Since I was halfway through my military career I transferred to the Air National Guard so I could make a business move to own the business one day. After a devastating fire which destroyed our main building, I became sole owner of the business. With my wife's help and a lot of hard worked we were able to rebuild and move forward with our business. A few years after the fire I successfully retired from the Air National Guard as a Master Seargent. 

We were given the opportunity to make some church furniture and we discovered a niche that matched our desire to make quality furniture. We  offer our help and services to many people, whether you are a current customer or just need advice. When the economy took a recent hit, we were given an oppportunity to revive an old service that we had not used in a long time. That service was refinishing, where we can make your old and worn down church furniture look almost like brand new, and even build new furniture to match your newly refinished furniture. 

Our son has recently decided to join our company, continue the family church furniture tradition. Since the first pew job, I have made many changes not only in the final look of our pews but also in the method of which I achieve the look. I am always working to bring a better product to our customers every time we get a new production job. Our goal is not only to provide you with a great product but to find ways for us accomplish this goal more efficiently, so that we can always provide it at a competitive price.
